SCOPE OF WORK

  • Conceptual study and detailed engineering and develop a design package for treatment of oil water.
  • Oily water generated during the pipeline pigging process shall be pre-treated to remove bulk of the oil and sludge. The pre-treated water is further treated in the existing CPI separator to reduce the free oil content in the outlet to 15ppm maximum. As per the CPI vendor data, the free oil content at CPI outlet will be 15ppm maximum if the free oil content at the CIP inlet is less than 250ppm. The pretreatment facility shall be designed accordingly to limit the free oil content at the pre-treatment unit outlet at 250ppm maximum.
